About Lisa
Lecturer in Adult Nursing
As Lecturer in Adult Nursing (Cornwall Campus - Knowledge Spa), Lisa teaches and supports a portfolio of modules across levels 4, 5, 6 & 7. A registered nurse and midwife with specialist knowledge and experience in healthcare education, clinical research, nephrology, diabetes and midwifery; Lisa has previously worked in a variety of settings (NHS & private sector), dynamic roles and challenging positions; each lending a wealth of professional and self-development as well as being key to the development of others. More recent clinical roles include Lead Research Nurse in a large NHS Trust (South West) leading and managing a diverse research team across secondary and primary care, and previously Clinical Practice Educator within the same Trust with responsibility for multidisciplinary practice development across the Trust. ÂTeaching
